Copy of Letter sent to GEJ by Okonjo-Iweala asking for permission to send $300 million to Dasuki

In a statement she released on Dec. 10th, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala said that she released $300 million and 5.5 millions from the Abacha loot to former NSA Sambo Dasuki for the purchase of arms and ammunition for the prosecution of Boko Haram members.
