INEC reschedule election in some parts of southern ijaw local government of Bayelsa state,new date is Sunday,6th December and time is 8am,the reschedule is due to late arrival of materials. Also cases of violence have been reported in some parts of southern ijaw local government too.
Card reader fails to capture fingerprints of ex. president,Jonathan and wife,just like in the March 28th general elections.
